UFS111 - 1st Reflection
For me, love is an emotion of strong affection and personal attachment. Love is also a virtue representing all of human kindness, compassion and affection. It may also be described as actions towards others based on compassion or as actions towards others based on affection. Love refers to a variety of different feelings, states and attitudes, ranging from pleasure to interpersonal attraction. Love also may refer specifically to the passionate desire and intimacy of romantic love, to the emotional closeness of familial love, or the platonic love that have in a friendship and to the profound oneness or devotion of religious love.
In my opinion also love is a various acts as a major facilitator of interpersonal relationship and owing to its central psychological importance and it is one of the most common themes in the creative arts. Love may also be understood a part of the survival instinct, a function keep human beings together against menaces and to facilitate the continuation of the species.
Real, true love is unconditional. All other kinds of love are not really love. Most parents and kids do not love each other, most people in relationships do not love each other, most people on the planet never experience unconditional love in their entire live or at least it sure looks that way.
To love someone unconditionally means that you love the person exactly as they are, exactly as they were before, and exactly as they will be in the future because people change all the time, so if you love the person, you will love them even if they become something you disagree with. How many parents can say that about their kids? How many people can say that about their lover? Love is not about you or your pleasure or your amusement. It is not about what you get out of it or what the other person can give to you. It is not about having a trophy you can show off with and tell people “This is my girlfriend, boyfriend, wife, husband, son, daughter or whatever”. You do not own anyone. Finally it is not about you feeling proud to be with someone who always agrees with everything you say and do and never does anything you disagree with.

HOW DO I FEEL ABOUT PDA??
PUBLIC DISPLAY OF AFFECTION is a matter of showing that attitudes cannot be accepted in society, especially in Malaysia, such as making out, hugging, and many other things that are not accepted by society today. According to my understanding, the PDA is something that I do not can receive. Nowadays many teenagers who have tried, want to try, and some who have tried things like this.
The first reason this happens is because the influence of the media coverage of the increasingly sophisticated in the world to the blind youth of today. Things like this are widespread in the Internet and the youth will visit and watch to your heart content without any limitations. From there, teens also want to try to do things like this at home or in public.
The second reason this happens is because parents do not place strict with children. Parents nowadays like to pamper their children. What do children want to be obeyed immediately, what children are allowed to do so without asking questions that should be asked by parents to children. Many parents also ignore the child out and return late. With the attitude of parents like that, then the children no matter boy or girl, they would dare to do things outside their parents' expectations.
If we do the PDA in public, many people will be looking at an oblique our religion, our race and our own people. This was not accepted by our country, Malaysia. Not because Malaysia is a Muslim country but due to Malaysia's multi-racial, ethnic and religious lines. So we must compromise among Malaysians.
